• Our laboratory-scale micro twin-screw extrusion system is designed for polymer formulation development, additive and filler dispersion studies, small-batch compounding, and process parameter optimization.

• The system integrates a parallel twin-screw extruder, a cooling water bath, and a micro pelletizing unit. It enables controlled material trials with limited material consumption. Its modular screw configuration and precise process control provide flexibility for research involving different polymers and formulations.

• Easy-Cleaning Barrel Design: The hinged barrel design provides convenient access to the screw shafts, making cleaning and material changeovers easier, particularly in laboratories working with frequent formulation changes.

• Precise Temperature Control: An optimized temperature management system enables accurate control of processing temperatures throughout extrusion.

• High-Torque Servo Drive: The servo motor drive provides controlled torque over a wide operating speed range. Screw speed can be adjusted to suit process requirements.

• Flexible Processing Capacity: Depending on the material and processing conditions, the system can support applications ranging from small experimental batches of tens of grams to kilogram-scale trials.

• PLC-Based Touchscreen Control: Operating parameters are configured through a touchscreen interface, with system control managed by a PLC-based automation system.

• Servo-Driven Micro Pelletizer: The servo-driven pelletizing unit provides controlled cutting operation. Sharp cutting blades support consistent pellet production.
