3D PRINTER FILAMET PRODUCTION LINE
.jpeg)
Our 3D printer filament extrusion system is designed to produce high-quality filaments from a range of polymer materials, combining precise diameter control, stable extrusion and uniform winding. With advanced process control technology, the system can also be configured for processing high-temperature engineering polymers, including PEEK, subject to the selected machine configuration and processing requirements.
Key Features
-
Precise Filament Diameter Control: Diameter measurement accuracy of up to ±0.02 mm.
-
High-Temperature Polymer Processing: Configuration options for processing PEEK and other high-temperature polymers.
-
Siemens Touchscreen Control: Real-time monitoring of operating status, system parameters and alarm information.
-
Precise Temperature Regulation: PID-based temperature control with an accuracy of up to ±1 °C.
-
Closed-Loop Pressure Control: Helps stabilize extrusion pressure and improve filament diameter consistency.
-
Servo-Driven Haul-Off Unit: A servo motor-driven haul-off system integrated with a diameter measuring device. Closed-loop control adjusts haul-off speed in response to filament diameter variations.
-
Uniform and Controlled Winding: A dedicated tension sensor regulates winding tension to support smooth, consistent spool winding and reduce the risk of filament tangling.
-
Remote Monitoring: Compatible automation infrastructure enables remote monitoring of production parameters and integration into smart manufacturing applications.
Applications
-
The system is suitable for producing standard 3D printing filaments and, with the appropriate machine configuration and processing conditions, for filament development and production using high-performance engineering polymers.
Note: Achievable diameter tolerance, production capacity and material compatibility depend on the polymer's rheological properties, target filament diameter and selected machine configuration.
3D PRINTER FILAMET LAB LINE

Our laboratory-scale 3D printer filament extrusion system is designed for research and development, new polymer formulation development, and filament processing optimization. With a production capacity of 2–3 kg/h, it provides a controlled and flexible solution for small-batch production, material trials, and process parameter development.
-
Offering the same core control and precision features as our industrial model, the system can be configured to process standard thermoplastics and, subject to the appropriate machine configuration and processing conditions, high-temperature polymers such as PEEK.
Key Features
-
Laboratory-Scale Production: 2–3 kg/h capacity for R&D, material development, and small-batch filament production.
